Is It Time To Evaluate Your Network Marketing Business?

Do you know what the real problems with the network marketing industry are?

It's not the business model, there's none better. It's not always the products, there are many good products. It's not the support or leadership, there are many people willing to help you.

Problem #1 may be your product.
Problem #2 is almost always the compensation plan.
Problem #3 is your timing.

Problem #1 - The Product

The ideal network marketing product has to fulfill 2 roles.

1. Your product needs to appeal to people. You need:
A product that matters to people - it has to be important
A product that has universal appeal - something for everyone
A product that is unique - not a copycat

2. Your product needs to help you build your business. You need:
A product that is easy to sample - easy to pass out and mail samples
A product that is easy to use - no complex setup or lengthy demonstrations
A product that is visually appealing - a professional, polished look
How well does your current product meet these requirements?

Problem #2 - The Compensation Plan

Are you tired of working and building your business for peanuts? Or if you are getting a good income how easy is it to walk away?

There are three major problems with almost all network marketing comp plans.
No way to earn a substantial income quickly
No way to transition between recruiting and leadership without a HUGE drop in commissions
No way to RETIRE!
Is it really "residual" income if you have to keep working your business to meet some arbitrary "quota" or "sales level" each month? Or if you have to keep tweaking your downline to stay "balanced"?

Isn't network marketing suppose to work like that slow roast cooker in the infomercials - "SET it and FORGET it"?

Granted there's no free lunch - you have to work to build your business and help your downline build their business. But when do you get to sit back and enjoy the fruits of your labors?

When do you get to RETIRE from network marketing?

Most comp plans are designed to keep you working - Why? Because the more you work the more the company makes! Why would they want you to stop working? Why should they give you a reason to reduce your efforts?

The best comp plan will have these characteristics:
Fast start money - a way to get some real money quickly
Transition money - a way to move from being a recruiter to a leader without a drop in income
Residual money - true RESIDUAL income that does not require further effort from you

Problem #3 - Your Timing

The real money in network marketing is made by 2 groups of people: the founders (or those who joined early on) and the "super-stars". Are you either one?

If not, you may not have the same advantages as people in these groups do. You can't become a founder - it's probably too late for that. And it would take a full time effort and a lot of advertising money to become a "super-star".

So where does that leave you?

You need a company that:
Has a solid foundation but has not yet experienced exponential growth.
Has successfully launched internationally but has yet to build a significant presence.
Has 1000s of people having positive experiences with the product.
Has 1000s of people who have received a SIGNIFICANT commission check.
Sounds like you really need to be in the right place at the right time! How lucky are you?

So, is there a company that solves the three major problems in the network marketing industry: product, comp plan and timing?
