ownership.
- Is the problem identifiable by name and 'owned' by an employee who fully accepts
responsibility?
- Is there a written definition of the problem?
- Are all associated people and resources identified?
- Are the customers concerned identified and their requirements
specified?
- Are the suppliers concerned identified and your requirements
specified?
- Are the process steps identified and specified?
- Are adequate control points in place?
- Does the process incorporate the customer's measures of
success/failure?
- Is the process performance measurable? Does data feedback get used for improvement
planning?
